Seven days after you applied online make sure that your school has all the documents and it must be Certified.
Documents Required for Grade 8 Admissions:
- Learners Birth Certificate
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Proof of work address (Letter of employment)
- The latest grade 7 report
- Proof of Home address
What is seen as proof of address:
Homeowner:
- Municipal account not older than 3 months in the name of the applicant parent with full home address
Tenants/Renters:
- Municipal account not older than 3 months in the name of the landlord (homeowner) parent with full home address
- Lease agreement signed by the landlord
- Rental payment slip with full address and no older than 3 months
- Statement of account in the name of the applicant with full address.
If the learner or parent is from another country:
- Passport of learner
- Passport of parent/guardian
- Refugee permit
- Asylum seeker permit
- Permanent residence permit
If a learner is adopted or fostered:
- Adoption paperwork
- Letter from the court for foster care
